R & B Distillers are known for their Tweeddale series of blends. This particular Tweeddale commemorates one of the key whiskeys in the Tweedale blends of the past, Cambus. Alisdair Day has carefully selected two ex-bourbon casks of 27-year-old grain from the Cambus distillery now shut and blended them together to create a unique single grain scotch whisky. Fresh pastries, peach and oak on the nose pear and spiced cognac on the palate with a lingering grassy finish.
