Taking its name from the Scots poem 'To a Mouse' of legendary bard Rabbie Burns, Timorous Beastie is certainly no shrinking violet. A blend of the finest highland malts, the 18 year old edition of Timorous Beastie is at first gently spiced on the nose before warming into intricate notes of honey and vanilla on the palate.These carry through into a dry finale, complimented by notes of cough drop spices.
Non chill filtered and free from artificial colouring. Bottled at 46.8% ABV
